Joint Venture:
| On 15th June 2005, we have signed a joint venture agreement
with EGPC, Enppi, Petrojet and RuhRPumpen GmbH for establishing RuhRPumpen-Egypt.

RuhRPumpen Germany is the licensor for Know-How to RuhRPumpen-Egypt.
One of the activities of the new factory is to provide service & repair
for all API pumps in clients' fields. Moreover is to retrofit (upgrade) the existing
pumps at client field up to the updated edition of API610 Standard.
The 1st Board meeting has been held in Cairo on 13th Feb. 2006 and the
company came in forth since that date.
The board has delegated Shotec S.A.E. to startup the Sales & Marketing
activities for the first five years.
